The Five RFX Race Black Leather Gloves are meticulously crafted with 160 assembled elements per pair, weighing just 159g of technology per glove (size M). They are CE KP2 certified, signifying a high level of protection. The construction features durable full-grain cowhide on the topside and supple full-grain goatskin on the palm for optimal feel and control. Ventilated TPU metacarpal-knuckle and metacarpal protective shells are reinforced with Carbon Thermoset for exceptional abrasion resistance. A protective Carbon palm slider shell further enhances safety in the event of a slide. PrimaLoft® Gold 200 g thermal insulation on the topside provides added warmth without bulk. The palm is reinforced with digital leather, and the thenar muscle (palm) features a SuperFabric® patch for enhanced abrasion resistance. An internal Kevlar® lining adds another layer of protection. A TPU protective shell on the forearm offers extended coverage. A stretch Kevlar® comfort panel on the topside ensures excellent flexibility. The dual closure system includes an adjustment tab underneath a protective flap for a secure fit. A unique anti-twist accordion band between the ring and little fingers (a FIVE innovation) limits the risk of fingers being pulled apart in a fall.
