At Moto Central, we are proud to be a key UK retailer of Bowtex, a brand founded on a passion for motorcycling and a drive to revolutionise rider safety. Born from the frustration of finding comfortable yet protective gear, Bowtex was created in 2014 by Robert Souery after he passed his motorcycle licence in Sydney, Australia. Determined to make safety gear that didn’t compromise on freedom or comfort, Robert designed protective underlayers that could be worn beneath regular clothing.

In 2015, the first pair of Bowtex yellow protective leggings was launched, offering riders the freedom to wear their favourite jeans without sacrificing safety. Today, Bowtex is renowned for its innovative and durable underlayers that provide top-level protection, allowing motorcyclists to ride in both comfort and style.
