New Customer (Haven't Placed An Order Yet)
Every item on our website includes an estimated dispatch and delivery time, located just below the "Add to Cart" button. Typically, this information loads quickly. However, if it doesn't appear right away, please allow a few seconds for our system to retrieve the details.
If the dispatch time doesn't display within 10 seconds, an ad blocker might be interfering with the process. We recommend disabling your ad blocker (don't worry, we don't show ads) or feel free to contact us for more information on your delivery date. We're here to ensure a seamless experience!
We're fortunate to operate a business with a strong international presence, supported by warehouses across various countries. While most orders ship directly from our showroom or UK warehouse, occasionally, we source stock from our international suppliers
Rest assured, there’s no need to worry about import or handling fees. We take care of everything by shipping products from these international warehouses to our UK facility first.
UK Deliveries
For most of our UK deliveries, we use Royal Mail 24. However, for larger items that exceed Royal Mail's size limits, we utilize Parcel Force.
International Deliveries
- Deliveries within the EU are handled by Parcel Force.
- For shipments outside the EU, we use FedEx.
Please note that international orders may be subject to customs charges and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Great news! For all UK orders over £25.00, we’re offering free delivery. If your order falls below £25.00, there’s just a small delivery fee of £4.99 to ensure everything arrives smoothly.
