If you have an issue with an order you have placed and want to return the goods for a refund or exchange, then that's no problem at all!
- You can return any item to us within 365 days of receipt.
- We will create a refund for you or exchange your goods for an alternative.
- All items returned to us must be sent back to us as they are received, this means the item needs to be in an unused condition with all tags still attached, visor stickers on for helmets and we also require the packaging to remain intact and undamaged.
- If we have made a mistake in sending you something wrong or faulty, we are happy to collect the item from you, or refund an amount up to £12.50 (the cost of a collection) towards the cost of your postage.
- For your safety, when you are returning an item to us, we insist that you use a recorded-delivery service with Royal Mail or another courier so a tracking number is provided.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning any items to us unless we mistakenly delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty or defective.
- Please make sure that you include a covering note in the box explaining the reason for return. The easiest way is take a copy of your invoice and write on there.
Returns From Overseas
Returns from customers that are based outside the United Kingdom can be a little more complicated and as such more is needed when returning an item back to us.
ALL items that are returned to us MUST have the correct paperwork and be marked clearly as a return. We will not pay import duties on goods that are being returned. If items are sent back incorrectly, your refund for the item will exclude the fees we have had to pay.
Furthermore if you refuse a delivery of an item we have sent to you because of import duties when the item is returned to us by the courier you will be refunded minus our postage fees, the customs fees and any other fees we incour due to refusal to pay. It is your legal obligation to pay import taxes on items you order from the United Kingdom.

Please note: For hygiene reasons base layers and underwear are none returnable. If faulty, in this case the item(s) will be sent back to the manufacturer for assessment.
