New VAS-A Visor System for Enhanced Performance and Safety:
The new VAS-A visor system, derived from Arai’s RX-7V, is one of the most notable upgrades to the Tour-X5. Designed to maximise Glancing-Off performance, this visor system offers a larger surface area to deflect impact forces. The redesigned visor also improves visibility and allows for easy installation of a Pinlock insert. Additionally, the VAS-A system allows you to switch between Adventure, Off-road, and On-road visor styles, all without the need for tools.
Revamped Ventilation System for Ultimate Comfort:
The Tour-X5 features a completely new ventilation system that improves airflow for maximum comfort, no matter the weather or riding conditions. With three intake vents and five exhaust vents, this system is designed to keep you cool and dry. The inclusion of the 3D Arai logo duct, AR Spoiler, and the new Delta Duct 6 optimises airflow to the rider’s head, while the chin vent can direct air to the mouth or visor for enhanced defogging. The parts in the ventilation system are engineered to break off during an impact, maximising Glancing-Off protection.

The Tour-X5 helmet is built for comfort, featuring a fully removable interior that includes an adjustable crown pad for a custom fit. The Facial Contour System (FCS) cheek pads offer a firm, secure fit, both on and off-road, while the redesigned nose deflector ensures that goggles fit seamlessly. 5mm “Peel Away” cheek pads and temple pads allow for further adjustments, while the inner comfort features also include speaker pockets for easy integration of communication systems.
