Constructed from a strong and durable mesh main shell with stretch poly-fabric on the shoulders and torso, the vest provides a compact and secure fit while allowing complete freedom of movement. It incorporates a removable inner mesh and elastic waistband to customise fit and improve adjustability. The full internal back lining is constructed from 3D mesh for optimal ventilation and breathability. The Tech-Air Vest is designed for all weather conditions.
The airbag control unit (ACU) is incorporated with a strong, lightweight polymer back protector, featuring an ergonomic plate construction. The Tech-Air ACU is seal-protected within the vest, ensuring all-weather performance, and the vest and componentry are certified to function between -10°C and 50°C. The Tech-Air ACU includes two connector cables for easy connection to the outer jacket and has been homologated to ECE R10 04, ensuring electromagnetic integrity.
