Subscriptions
Some items in our store are available as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy options. This policy outlines how you can manage, change, or cancel these types of purchases.

Subscription Purchases

  • When you subscribe to an item, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the selected duration and frequency.
  • Your payment details will be stored securely, and you’ll be charged for each delivery unless you opt to pay in advance.
  • Some subscriptions may auto-renew. If you don’t wish to renew, you can cancel the subscription at any time.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription using the links provided in your order confirmation email.

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-ordering allows you to reserve out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available products. Payment may be deferred or partially collected at checkout, with the full or remaining payment charged when the item becomes available.
  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order before it’s fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the order cannot be cancelled, though you may request a full or partial refund. See our returns policy for additional details.
  • Pre-Orders can be cancelled or returned but the 10% deposit is none returnable as once you have placed your order, we then commit to and buy the stock. This amount is sufficient to cover our actual losses that directly result from your cancellation

Try Before You Buy

  • For try-before-you-buy items, we’ll authorize your payment method prior to fulfillment, giving you time to decide if you’d like to keep the item.
  • If you choose not to return the item within the specified period, your payment method will be charged the full amount.
